These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the website flixxyapps.com and the mobile apps published by Flixxy Inc, a Florida corporation (“Flixxy”, “we”, “us”), including GBA Emulator, ND Tools for WhatsApp, Prayer Times & Dikr and Music Lyrics for Android Auto (the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use our apps on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the terms of the app store you downloaded them from.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of anyone's rights;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute our apps except as permitted by law;
- interfere with or disrupt the Services, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to them;
- use the Services to send spam or harass others.
3. App-specific terms
GBA Emulator
GBA Emulator does not include, sell or distribute any games. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any game files you use are ones you have the legal right to use, such as backups of games you own. We do not condone piracy.
ND Tools for WhatsApp
ND Tools for WhatsApp is an independent utility and is not affiliated with WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. Use it in line with WhatsApp's own terms, and respect other people's privacy — only save or share content you have permission to.
Prayer Times & Dikr
Prayer times are calculated from your location using established astronomical methods. Results can vary with the calculation method, local conventions and your settings. For important occasions, please confirm times with your local mosque or religious authority.
Music Lyrics for Android Auto
Your safety comes first. Always keep your attention on the road, obey all traffic laws, and do not read lyrics while driving — the display is designed for passengers and glanceable use. Lyrics are provided by third parties and remain the property of their respective rights holders.
4. Purchases
Any paid features or in-app purchases are processed by Google Play and subject to its terms and refund policies. Prices are shown before you buy.
5. Trademarks
“Flixxy” and our logos are trademarks of Flixxy Inc. WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC. Game Boy Advance is a trademark of Nintendo. Android, Android Auto and Google Play are trademarks of Google LLC. These third-party names are used only to describe compatibility; Flixxy Inc is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by these companies.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Services.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flixxy Inc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or US $50, whichever is greater.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling our apps. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the effective date above and let you know in the apps or on this website. Continuing to use the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
